The Community Program is a platform designed to empower residents with new knowledge and skills in community art methodologies, enabling the creation of stronger, more united, and more creative neighborhoods.
CreArt Kaunas and Kaunas Artists’ House invite land and environmental art creators to design installations in public spaces along the Nemunas River in Kaunas.
With a city guide, we embarked on an insightful walking tour, visited the Industrial Museum and the Chemnitz State Museum of Archaeology (SMAC), and met skilled artisans in their studios, discovering the creativity of the region.
The Supervisory Board’s purpose is to oversee the project’s content, financial utilization, and achieved results, as well as to facilitate cooperation between municipalities, state institutions, and other stakeholders.

This competition was launched to inspire the creation of an innovative and artistically refined environmental object that integrates seamlessly into Liepaja’s urban landscape.
