Liepāja 2027 is hiring a Project Manager

The Foundation “Liepāja 2027” is inviting applications for the position of Project Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee the project management of the Liepāja 2027 Foundation programme within your area of responsibility, managing a diverse project portfolio;
Deliver full-cycle project management, including budget planning, documentation, implementation and reporting;
Coordinate event production, partner communication and the delivery of various collaborative project activities;
Supervise the implementation of selected projects carried out by Liepāja 2027 core partners;
Other duties as required.

Required Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in managing collaborative projects within the cultural sector, including event production. Experience coordinating international projects shall be considered an advantage.

Salary: EUR 1800 gross (full-time)

Liepāja and Tartu Conclude Joint Project to Strengthen Regional Film Development

The joint project “Promoting Regional Film Development in Tartu and Liepāja (FILMLINK)” has now concluded. Implemented within the Interreg Estonia-Latvia programme, the initiative brought together the Liepāja 2027 Foundation and the Tartu Creative Industries Centre to exchange knowledge, build professional networks, and support the long‑term growth of the regional film industry.
