Please bring all kinds of clothing, including larger sizes, to the specially prepared textile container provided by “Vides pakalpojumu grupa”. You’ll find it next to Liepāja Peter’s Market, Kuršu iela 5, Liepāja. We would very much appreciate if you made sure the clothes are clean, dry, mould-free, and in usable condition. The donated clothes will come to life during the opening performance of the exhibition “Concerns. Crazy Days” on 30 April at 16:00.

Young musicians from Tartu and Liepāja greet Liepāja on its 400th anniversary through a joint concert program
On April 8, the Chamber Hall of the Great Amber Concert Hall in Liepāja hosted a special concert uniting two European Capitals of Culture – Liepāja 2027 and Tartu 2024. Young musicians from Karosta Music School (Liepāja) and Tartu Valla Music School came together to offer a musical tribute to Liepāja, continuing the city’s 400th anniversary celebrations.
