Sense and strength workshop “The ancient garden and meadow. Plants for our well-being”

Led by nature researcher Ilze Svilpe/Odzieša

Ilze describes herself as being enchanted by the feeling of nature and by sensations that smell like the warm wind in the tallest pine’s lowest cone, by presences and beings that are elusive, airy, ethereal, and yet so powerful they can make one’s head spin.

Within the workshop, participants will have the chance to discover plants characteristic of ancient gardens, explore their healing properties, and find those that can contribute to their own well-being.

Participation is free of charge. No prior registration required.

The workshop is part of the “Liepāja – European Capital of Culture 2027” programme.
