This week, on 22–23 October, the RIXC Art Science Festival 2026 “Climate Imagination” will take place at the National Library of Latvia (NLL), 3 Mūkusalas Street, Riga, and online.

Oulu (Finland), a partner city in the European city network CreArt 3.0, has launched an open call for the immersive media art residency “We Are All Role Models”, which will take place at the Tiima Museum and Science Centre from 16 November to 17 December 2026.

The event brought together representatives of the Bārta, Suiti, Curonian Kings and Rucava cultural communities to exchange experiences and discuss how to preserve, pass on and continue developing living cultural heritage in a contemporary way, while strengthening cooperation among the traditional cultural communities.
