Wooden Window Restoration Workshop

Today, Riga Technical University’s Liepāja Academy, in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice’s Corporate Governance Advisory Board, is hosting the non-conference “Decoding (De)coding Sustainability.” The event aims to promote practical action and knowledge exchange on implementing sustainability, risk, and strategic management across various sectors — education, culture, and business.
Marketing manager Zita Lazdāne shared the story of “Liepāja — European Capital of Culture 2027” in the context of sustainability.
The event serves as a platform to seek solutions and opportunities based on existing experience and challenges, helping Latvia move from plans to real results and sustainable development

The Center of Excellence in Arts Education (MIKC) Liepāja Music, Art and Design Secondary School (LMMDV), as part of the “Liepāja – European Capital of Culture 2027” programme, continues to implement the “Craft + Design” project and invites interested participants to attend two public guest lectures.
During the session, participants will receive guidance on application eligibility and evaluation criteria. The process of preparing project documentation will be explained in full, and practical advice will be shared on how to carry out projects successfully and prepare the required post-project reports.
