

The Istituzione Fondazione Bevilacqua La Masa announces a call for applications to assign two young artists a space in Venice (at Palazzo Carminati in San Stae) where they can study and work for a period of five weeks: September 8 – October 10, 2025.
Submission guidelines:
- Application deadline: June 27
- Open to artists between 18 and 40 years of age
- Must be born, resident or domiciled in one of the cities in the CreArt project network
- Submit a short CV, motivation letter, portfolio an concept of the project realised during residency
Each artist will receive a prize of €5000 gross. The prize awarded for the residency is to be considered all-inclusive of any expenses incurred, including the production of a work.
At the end of the residency there will be a presentation of the work produced

The Liepāja 2027 Foundation is opening applications for an international youth training and mentoring programme for the 2025/2026 academic year, aimed at young people aged 14 to 24 from Liepāja, South Kurzeme and Kuldīga.

Liepāja 2027 Announces an International Competition for Co-Financing Cultural Events
To enrich the programme of Liepāja – European Capital of Culture 2027 with innovative, cross-sectoral, contemporary and outstanding cultural events, hence boosting the international cooperation, the Liepāja 2027 Foundation is launching an open international competition for the co-financing of cultural and artistic initiatives. The deadline for submissions is 10:00 a.m. (EEST/Latvian time) on 10 September 2025.
