Interdisciplinary Art Exhibition “Certain Uncertainty”. Project cluster “Moving Horizons”
We live in uncertain times. The only thing we can be sure of is that nobody knows what’s around the corner. But we still keep plugging away, chasing our dreams and keeping the home fires burning. We build our little castles to stand the test of time, even when we know, deep down, that everything eventually goes up in smoke.
“Certain Uncertainty”, set in what remains of a tsarist‑era shipyard, brings together three great artists – Anna Barlik (Poland), Andris Eglītis (Latvia) and Ibrahim Quraishi (Germany / Netherlands / France), curated by Jacek Sosnowski (Poland).
Their large‑scale works enter into a dialogue with the surroundings, creating a space where traces of the past and visions of the future meet.
