The festival’s second day begins with “Creative Foresight” – one of the main lines of the Liepāja 2027 programme – bringing together technology experts, AI researchers, and artists for thought-provoking chats. The panels will turn their minds to where art is headed next, the role of AI and science in keeping creative expression diverse, and the wider purpose of art within today’s changing geopolitical picture across the city, the country, and Europe.
