Personal sustainability workshop “Compass for Happy People and a Healthy Planet”

On 17 June at 16:30, at Strautu iela 4, Liepāja, everyone is welcome to join the personal sustainability workshop “Compass for Happy People and a Healthy Planet”. Led by social innovator Paula Cukura, participants will learn methods for setting personal goals and take part in practical exercises to explore their values and motivation.

How can we understand what matters most in a rapidly changing world? In an age marked by anxiety, competition and collective exhaustion? How do we decide where to invest our resources – our thoughts, efforts and possessions? This workshop offers an opportunity to pause and reflect on what is happening around us, while exploring an alternative vision for a better way of living. Using the Doughnut Model as a compass, participants will gain a clearer understanding of contemporary sustainability, wellbeing and the importance of human relationships in creating happier lives and a healthier planet.

The workshop is organised as part of the Liepāja 2027 Erasmus+ project “ECoC Youth Clubs”. The content of this event is organised by the informal collective “generation:Donut”* as part of the “GearUP” project, supported by the association “Free Riga”.
