

Are you ready to showcase your creativity on an international stage? CreArt (Network of Cities for Artistic Creation) is inviting artists from European cities to participate in the Month of Creativity this May to June 2024!
Join us in celebrating the power of visual arts and culture in everyday life across Europe. Participating cities include Kaunas(Lithuania), Liepaja (Latvia), Skopje (North Macedonia), Aveiro (Portugal),Valladolid (Spain), Lublin (Poland), Venice (Italy), Clermont-Ferrand and Rouen(France), České Budějovice (Czech Republic) and Oulu (Finland), Regensburg (Germany).
As part of this exciting project, we’re looking for artistic works and creative or cultural offers such as workshops. If you’re a born or resident artist in one of the project network cities or a member of HDLU (Croatian Association of Visual Artists) or a Ukrainian artist through our collaboration with Public Organization Lviv, this is your chance to shine!
Selected artists will receive a grant of 400 € along with additional funds for materials (350 €) and travel expenses (400 €). Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of a dynamic cultural exchange!

The Liepāja 2027 Foundation is opening applications for an international youth training and mentoring programme for the 2025/2026 academic year, aimed at young people aged 14 to 24 from Liepāja, South Kurzeme and Kuldīga.

Liepāja 2027 Announces an International Competition for Co-Financing Cultural Events
To enrich the programme of Liepāja – European Capital of Culture 2027 with innovative, cross-sectoral, contemporary and outstanding cultural events, hence boosting the international cooperation, the Liepāja 2027 Foundation is launching an open international competition for the co-financing of cultural and artistic initiatives. The deadline for submissions is 10:00 a.m. (EEST/Latvian time) on 10 September 2025.
