This weekend, April 24 – 25, as part of the Liepāja 2027 – European Capital of Culture program, the 19th International Storytelling Festival “Ziv zup” (Fish Soup) will take place in Kuldīga and Alsunga, continuing to cherish and celebrate the region’s rich tangible cultural heritage – the storytelling tradition, traditional music, and cuisine.

British tourism operators discover Liepāja – European Capital of Culture 2027 program

On Wednesday, April 15, a representative of Liepāja 2027 participated in a Latvian tourism seminar organized by the Investment and Development Agency in Latvia (LIAA) at the Latvian Embassy in London, where British tourism industry professionals were introduced with the programme of events and tourism offerings for Liepāja – European Capital of Culture 2027.
