The CreArt network invites applications for an artist residency in Regensburg, Germany from 20 October to 14 December 2025.
The residency aims to provide artists with the opportunity to create in a unique environment, explore the city’s culture, engage with the local art community, and share their work with the public. During the residency, an artist talk will take place, and it will conclude with a final exhibition in the public space “neunkubikmeter”, a temporary venue for art, culture, and unconventional ideas.
This opportunity is part of the new RAiR – Regensburg Arts in Residence programme, launched by the city’s Cultural Office in October 2025. It offers two individual residency places with studio apartments in a historic building in the heart of the old town, right by the Stone Bridge and the Danube River. The spacious, inspiring environment is surrounded by galleries and studios, offering both creative inspiration and a direct connection to the city’s vibrant cultural life.
