Open Call: An Opportunity for Liepāja Artists to Join the CreArt Festival in Aveiro, Portugal

Aveiro invites visual and performing artists to apply for the CreArt Network Artists’ Symposium in Portugal.
From March 21 to 23, 2025, Aveiro will host six artists, offering them the opportunity to showcase their work and connect with fellow creatives.
Who can apply?
- Artists born, residing, or working in one of the CreArt 3.0 network cities, including Liepāja.
- Artists working in visual arts (painting, sculpture, photography, installations) or performing arts (music, dance, theatre).
What is offered?
- Covered travel expenses to Aveiro (up to €500) and accommodation in the city center.
- €500 grant for subsistence and other expenses.
- Guidance from an artistic director and integration into the local art scene.
- Presentation of artworks in various venues across Aveiro.
- A diverse cultural program and networking opportunities.
