The city of Skopje and Cultural informative center within the framework of the CreArt Network are announcing an open call for an artist residency that will take place in Skopje from September 15 until October 15, 2025. Application deadline is July 10.
Through this open call one artist will be selected from the cities within the CreArt Network and the other artist from Skopje. The selected artists will be able to use the space and equipment facility of the Cultural informative center. At the end of the residency artists will have to present their created work at an exhibition.
Cultural informative center (KIC) for more than half a century has worked towards creating cultural values, consumers, “addicts” of the created values, promotion and affirmation of Macedonian culture and art in Europe through the world of music, theatre, fine art, literature and multimedia projects.
Grants and support:
- Presentation fee of € 325 for the exhibition
- Travel expenses and accommodation for the artist coming from Creart Network
- Subsistence costs up to € 400
- Material and production costs maximum of € 500
