The festival will take place from 18 to 20 June, and this year’s theme is “Transformation,” offering opportunities to experiment with light, landscape, and social context. The festival is part of Oulu2026 – the European Capital of Culture program.

  • Application deadline: 3 February 2026
  • Eligibility: Open to all artists, artist collectives, and creative units from Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark
