Activities of the Liepāja 2027 youth programme continue
On Saturday, January 24, the fifth meeting of the Liepāja 2027 youth programme took place. This time, the participants gathered at Pegaza Courtyard to learn the fundamental principles of strong team building and to strengthen their collaboration skills.
During the session, the young participants worked both in smaller groups and as a full team, learning to cooperate effectively and trust one another. They explored each other’s strengths, discussed potential challenges, and identified which team member would be best to turn to for support in specific situations. This approach helped participants gain a better understanding of how to build an effective team where every role is important.
At the end, the young participants took part in a reflection activity, creating a “spider web” and sharing their impressions of the day. Kind words and well-wishes were also exchanged, leaving everyone with a warm and unifying sense of togetherness.
