The International Wind Orchestra Festival “Liepaja Wind” brings together wind orchestras from Latvia and abroad, promoting professional collaboration, cultural diversity, and international exchange. The festival features concerts, street performances, and joint musical events across public spaces in Liepāja, strengthening the city’s identity as a vibrant centre of music and culture.

Venues: Concert Garden “Pūt, vējiņi!”, Pētertirgus Market, J. Čakste Square, Jūrmala Park, RTU Liepāja Academy and other public venues in Liepāja.

The 4th International Wind Orchestra Festival “Liepaja Wind” is included in the (un)rest Side Programme of Liepāja – European Capital of Culture 2027.
