International conference “Cultural Renovation” on accessibility and inclusive culture to take place in Liepāja

The foundation “Liepāja 2027” invites cultural professionals, event organisers, institution managers, producers, and everyone interested to participate in the international conference “Cultural Renovation”, which will take place on 22 October 2025, at Liepāja Concert Hall “Lielais dzintars”.

Presidential visit highlights cultural cooperation between Liepāja and Finland

On September 17, the President of Finland, Alexander Stubb, accompanied by his spouse, Suzanne Ines-Stubb, and the patron of Liepāja 2027 – the President of Latvia, Edgars Rinkēvičs – visited Liepāja. The visit highlighted the importance of culture and the strengthening of cooperation between Liepāja and Finland.

On Wednesday, 22 October, at 18:00, the Small Hall of Liepāja Theatre in the Great Amber Concert Hall will open its doors to an unusual theatrical experience. The Liepāja 2027 Foundation invites audiences to the “Bezgalīgais ritums” (Endless Course), a sensory performance directed by Liena Šmukste.
