f|x|r gallery of the House of Arts Veszprém is inviting applications of unique, 20-second looped moving images to be projected in a four-walled, immersive exhibition space. The submission deadline is September 10, 2025.
The space itself is a loop – surrounding the viewer in 360 degrees – while the projected content continuously returns to itself, creating a double-loop experience.
The selected works, chosen by a professional jury, will be screened in a 3-minute rotation at the f|x|r gallery of the House of Arts Veszprém.
Genre: open to all forms – animation, AI-generated visuals, video, experimental motion picture – anything that engages with the idea of looping.
This is not only an exhibition but also a competition. The jury will award the following prizes:
Audience Award: 100,000 HUF (~250 EUR)
Selected works will be screened for two months, and prizes will be awarded during the opening event. The audience will have the chance to vote for their favorite during the exhibition; the Audience Award will be announced at the closing.

he Cultural Department of the City of Chemnitz is offering a scholarship for a literary producer’s residency from April 1, 2026. The scholarship will enable people to engage more intensively with the past and present of life in the city of Chemnitz and the region. The application deadline is September 14.
From October 3 to November 29, 2024, Franciska Anna Beļāne participated in a “CreArt” residency in the city of Clermont-Ferrand, France. During the residency, she had the opportunity to work on her project at the residency house “Chalet Lecoq”.
