

EPHEMERA PHESTIVAL is the initiative of CreArt Valladolid and Cultura Valladolid to present contemporary art in the public space focusing on ephemeral interventions.
This edition will take place between September 15–October 5, 2025.
Ephemeral site-specific interventions are understood to include performing arts, visual arts, or plastic arts, including theater, dance, performance, installations, video creation, music, graphic arts, muralism, as well as the intersection of any of these languages within a single installation that interacts with the space or the audience. Only one project will be selected in the call.

- Support: production costs up to €700 (including taxes)
- Travel support: up to €600

Liepāja 2027 invites young people to apply for an international training and mentoring programme
The Liepāja 2027 Foundation is opening applications for an international youth training and mentoring programme for the 2025/2026 academic year, aimed at young people aged 14 to 24 from Liepāja, South Kurzeme and Kuldīga.

Liepāja 2027 Announces an International Competition for Co-Financing Cultural Events
To enrich the programme of Liepāja – European Capital of Culture 2027 with innovative, cross-sectoral, contemporary and outstanding cultural events, hence boosting the international cooperation, the Liepāja 2027 Foundation is launching an open international competition for the co-financing of cultural and artistic initiatives. The deadline for submissions is 10:00 a.m. (EEST/Latvian time) on 10 September 2025.
