The third Kurzeme Cultural Forum took place on September 11 at the Nīca Culture House, bringing together more than 200 cultural professionals, artists, students, and other interested parties from across the region.

On the evening of September 11, four poets, three languages, and contemporary jazz came together on stage at the “Wiktorija”. The poets — Sabine Huynh (France), Gökçenur Ç (Turkey), Gunta Šnipke, and Roberts Vilsons — participated in a collaborative exchange, blending their voices and styles.

The guidelines are designed to ensure that culture in Liepāja can be experienced by everyone – regardless of age, health condition or personal circumstances.
