The first Community Program meeting has taken place

To foster community building, strengthen people’s sense of belonging to their local area, and promote a civically active society, on September 14, 2024, we gathered for the first session of the Liepāja 2027 community strengthening and support program.

This program is a set of activities and ideas designed to activate the residents of Liepāja city, South Kurzeme and Kuldīga districts by creating strong communities.

The program will use community art methodology, employing arts, culture, and social tools to strengthen good neighborly relations, encourage care for the environment, and improve cooperation across the region of (un)rest Land (Liepāja, South Kurzeme, and Kuldīga districts).

Activities are planned for several months.
