Please welcome to the final session of the (un)rest programme capacity building workshop series “Power and Capacity”, which will take place on 14 June at the Red Sun Buffet beach café, in Liepāja.
This session will focus on how power empowers the capacity and how the capacity empowers the creation, design, and development of the whole European Capital of Culture 2027 project.
The final workshop will review progress made during the previous sessions, as well as provide an opportunity to explore the process in general for those who were unable to attend the previous sessions in the series.
The workshop “Power and Capacity” will be led by creative director of the advertising company “Not Perfect Riga” Aleksandrs Bētiņš and Liepāja 2027 community outreach expert Ģirts Jankovskis.
The event will take place from 11.00 to 15.30.
