On April 24, 2025, the Austrian Ambassador to Latvia, Bernadette Klösch, visited Liepāja and was welcomed at the Liepāja 2027 office by Chair of the Board Inta Šoriņa and Creative Producer Anna Priedola.
We were delighted to host the Ambassador at the Liepāja 2027 office, where we had a warm and inspiring conversation about future collaboration within the European Capital of Culture programme. We are united by shared European values – cultural diversity, mutual understanding, and cross-border cooperation. Encounters like this remind us that culture is not only about art and events, but also about dialogue, bridges, and new opportunities.
Thank you to the Ambassador for her openness and interest! We are open to collaboration with Austrian cultural organisations, artists, and institutions.
