Liepāja 2027 Announces Open Call for Collaboration Partner Catalog

Are you ready to become part of the story of the European Capital of Culture?

Liepāja 2027 is seeking professionals in the creative industries — project management, production, communication, and marketing — to jointly deliver an ambitious cultural program featuring hundreds of events from 2025 to 2027!

To ensure high-quality and professional execution of the program, Liepāja 2027 is creating an internal collaboration partner catalog — a trusted database of professionals ready to engage in specific tasks and projects.

We invite individual professionals and self-employed persons interested in cooperating with the Liepāja 2027 team on individual assignments (“piecework” basis) and contributing to the implementation of the European Capital of Culture program.

We are looking for experts in the following fields:

Production and project management for projects including:

• music (concerts)
• performing arts (theater performances, opera, circus)
• multimedia and digital art (interactive installations)
• visual art (exhibitions, unveiling of art objects, etc.)
• cultural tourism (events for tourism)
• cultural education (events for children and youth)
• cultural management (conferences and seminars)

Public relations, communication, marketing:

• management and execution of communication projects at various levels
• preparing texts and press releases
• photo and video production especially for digital channels
• design, layouts

Requirements:

• experience in the field (CV, portfolio, references)
• ability to work independently and with quality
