The Council is slated to operate until July 1, 2028.
The submission deadline, set for midnight on March 22nd, witnessed the reception of a total of 19 project proposals.
The seminar “Public Engagement vs Public Service” will take place on Friday, April 5, at 11:00, at the Jūrpils Banquet Hall, in Grobiņa.
The spectrum of potential projects is extensive, encompassing plays, performances, musical concerts, literary readings, and other creative expressions.
The study will analyse the impact of this project on socio-economic development, public engagement, and cultural identity in Liepāja, the South Kurzeme and Kuldīga regions ((Un)Rest Land).
For over three decades, the festival has served as a beacon of musical excellence, attracting both dedicated audiences and renowned musicians to the charming city of Liepāja.
