Entries will be judged by the public during the “Illuminated Liepāja” walk and the winner will receive a scholarship worth EUR 500.
The seminar will take place on Tuesday, 7 April, on the 2nd floor of the Liepāja Society of the Blind, at Ganību Street 197/205, and will last approximately two hours with a two-part workshop – theoretical and practical
The municipality of Liepāja is the only Latvian municipality to have been invited to participate in the project.
