This weekend in Liepāja, we were treated to the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra in a grand “European Concert” with our outstanding soloist Elīna Garanča!
During the meeting, the representatives of the Kurzeme NGO Centre will briefly present their vision, but the main goal is to understand what the needs of the associations, foundations and active residents of Liepāja and the surrounding regions would be.
Every local company and residents are welcome to join this campaign by creating a light object on the facades, windows and doors of their buildings and properties.
