Job vacancy: Join Liepāja 2027 team as an Administrator–Clerk

The Foundation “Liepāja 2027” (Liepāja 2027) is looking for an Administrator–Clerk to join its team.

The Administrator–Clerk’s main responsibility will be to support the organisation of the day-to-day operations of the Liepāja 2027 office and provide administrative support throughout the implementation of cultural projects. The role includes organising and managing document flow, registering, organising and archiving documentation, working with the Lietvaris and Visma HoP document management systems, collaborating with project managers and financial specialists, as well as coordinating internal and external information flows, meetings, business trips and other administrative processes. We offer a full-time, on-site position in Liepāja with a gross monthly salary of EUR 1,400.

The main objective of the Foundation “Liepāja 2027” is to ensure the successful preparation for the European Capital of Culture title in 2027. Between 2024 and 2028, a diverse programme will be delivered, including cross-sectoral events and activities contributing to the city’s socio-economic development, attracting international attention, encouraging tourism, developing the creative industries sector, and implementing collaborative projects with the public, private and non-governmental sectors. The programme will also attract funding from a variety of sources, including European Union funds and the private sector.
