From 2025 to 2027, Kuldīga will host summer creative workshops bringing together artists, biologists, young people, specialists from various fields, and local residents.
In 2027, visitors will be invited to enjoy a series of concerts along the Venta River, while “Bonfire Concerts” and “Story Evenings” are planned for the autumns of 2026 and 2027. “Salmon Songs” is an interdisciplinary cultural and environmental project designed to raise awareness about salmon conservation and combat illegal fishing in Latvian rivers. The initiative blends music, educational activities, and community participation to engage both locals and visitors in protecting the natural environment.
