The programme forms part of the Liep&#257;ja 2027 capacity-building initiative and is designed to strengthen the professional skills of cultural workers, creatives and young specialists, while supporting the long-term cultural development of Liep&#257;ja, South Kurzeme and the Kuld&#299;ga region.<\/p><p>The series opened on 20 March from 14:00 to 18:00 with the class &ldquo;From Idea to Event: Creative Production&rdquo;, led by director and broadcast host Marta Selecka.<\/p><p>For several hours, participants explored the story behind &ldquo;Tutas lietas&rdquo;, learning how the project evolved from a simple idea into a multifaceted initiative loved by both children and adults. They also learned about the role of a creative producer and the qualities required for the job.<\/p><p>Participants had the opportunity to develop their own project concepts and key components. Everyone left feeling inspired to create and bring their own ideas to life.<\/p><p>The project is implemented with the support of the EU Creative Europe programme CreArt 3.0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/hashtag\/stringing_together\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">#STRINGING_TOGETHER<\/a>.
