The programme aims to reflect the city&rsquo;s historic role as a place of encounter and solidarity.<\/p><h2>Funding and conditions<\/h2><ul>\n<li>Application deadline: 29 March 2026 (CET 23:59)<\/li>\n<li>Submitted projects must correspond to one of the five thematic lines of the Skopje 2028 programme &ndash; &ldquo;Art4Hope&rdquo;, &ldquo;Togetherness&rdquo;, &ldquo;rECOvering&rdquo;, &ldquo;CreARTing&rdquo;, and &ldquo;Heritage&rdquo;.<\/li>\n<li>Projects must be implemented between 2026 and 2028. Project activity periods should range from 7 to 60 working days, depending on the scale of the project.<\/li>\n<li>The total funding available for the Open Call is &euro;300,000.
