The programme also included collaborative workshops, in which practical solutions were developed for the participants&rsquo; respective organisations, while an intercultural evening provided an opportunity to share traditions and personal stories.<\/p><p>The week provided participants with valuable knowledge, confidence, and concrete ideas on how to foster greener and more conscious leadership in youth work.
