During the workshops led by artist Maija Demitere, students gained hands-on experience in photography, digital image editing, and printing techniques.<\/p><p>They learned how to digitally process photographs, create compositions using graphic elements, and combine them with manual printing methods to produce works on canvas. The sessions were designed to develop students&rsquo; visual thinking, encourage experimentation with different materials and technologies, and support the exploration of their own visual expression.<\/p><p>The CreArt Contemporary Art in Schools project in Liep&#257;ja will continue in 2026, inviting artists from various disciplines to work with local schools each semester. In total, six schools participate in the program each calendar year.<\/p><p>CreArt Contemporary Art in Schools is one of the activities of the Creative Europe project CreArt 3.0.
