Synergy.&rdquo;, the third Kurzeme Cultural Forum will be held on September 11 at the N&#299;ca Culture House.<\/p><p>The forum will bring together creators of cultural life in Kurzeme &ndash; state and municipal employees working in the cultural sector, representatives of the private and NGO sectors, artists and art process organizers, culture students and other interested parties, as well as anyone who values the development of culture.<\/p><p>Participation in the forum is free of charge. Registration is mandatory by September 7.
