On 17 June at 16:30, at Strautu iela 4, Liepāja, everyone is welcome to join the personal sustainability workshop “Compass for Happy People and a Healthy Planet”. Led by social innovator Paula Cukura, participants will learn methods for setting personal goals and take part in practical exercises to explore their values and motivation.<\/p>
How can we understand what matters most in a rapidly changing world? In an age marked by anxiety, competition and collective exhaustion? How do we decide where to invest our resources – our thoughts, efforts and possessions? This workshop offers an opportunity to pause and reflect on what is happening around us, while exploring an alternative vision for a better way of living. Using the Doughnut Model as a compass, participants will gain a clearer understanding of contemporary sustainability, wellbeing and the importance of human relationships in creating happier lives and a healthier planet.<\/p>
The workshop is organised as part of the Liepāja 2027 Erasmus+ project “ECoC Youth Clubs”. The content of this event is organised by the informal collective “generation:Donut”* as part of the “GearUP” project, supported by the association “Free Riga”.<\/p>
