Economics of Liep&#257;ja 2027&rdquo; will take place on the online platform <a href=\"https:\/\/zoom.us\/j\/93372482460?pwd=bGpQMG5aczFWSlNwT2tFRm9mYlJIQT09#success\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zoom<\/a>.<\/p><p>The seminar will be opened by Inta &Scaron;ori&#326;a, Chair of the Board of Liep&#257;ja 2027, followed by an introductory presentation, &ldquo;Vision, Expectations and Benchmarks,&rdquo; delivered by Liep&#257;ja 2027 Monitoring Coordinator Ieva &Scaron;terna. Ph.D. Igor Mavrin from the Academy of Arts and Culture in Osijek (Croatia) will present a hybrid impact measurement model and the development of a KPI system for evaluating economic, social and international impact, while Dr. oec.
