By engaging technology professionals and artists, the programme will create a public platform that enriches Liep&#257;ja&rsquo;s cultural scene with distinctive media and digital art experiences.<\/p><p>Three media art and technology festivals are planned for 2025, 2026, and 2027, each featuring a variety of workshops and masterclasses for both professionals and enthusiasts. Each festival will conclude with an exhibition showcasing the outcomes of the workshops alongside works by international artists.<\/p><h4>Public Programme for visitors in Liep&#257;ja<\/h4><ul>\n<li>Monday, September 28, at 17:00, in the Pegaza courtyard (20 Kur&scaron;u Street) &ndash; festival opening featuring a symposium with artists and researchers and sound art performances. Special guest &ndash; sound artist Felicity Mangan (Germany), who creates sensory vibration performances that are also accessible to visitors with hearing impairments.<\/li>\n<li>Friday, October 2, at 14:00 &ndash; public presentations of the results and prototypes from the festival workshops at the RTU Liep&#257;ja Academy&rsquo;s Art Research Laboratory (MPLab, K&#363;rm&#257;jas pr. 13, basement level, entrance from the courtyard).<\/li>\n<li>Friday, October 2, at 20:00 at the digital culture centre &ldquo;Sav&#257;d&#257; realit&#257;te&rdquo; (Ro&#326;u iela 8a) &ndash; Concert and performances. Special guests: Latvian experimental electronic music producer and sound artist EIII and Estonian sound artist Sander Saarmets.<\/li>\n<li>Saturday, October 3, from 12:00 to 14:00, &ldquo;Demo Day&rdquo; will take place at MPLab, where visitors will have access to an exhibition of workshop results and creative and technological activities related to the festival&rsquo;s theme, led by local and international artists. The recommended age for workshop participants is 10 and up. Participation in the workshops is free of charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul><p>Organised by Association &ldquo;ASTE.
