The programme forms part of the Liep&#257;ja 2027 capacity-building initiative and is designed to strengthen the professional skills of cultural workers, creatives and young specialists, while supporting the long-term cultural development of Liep&#257;ja, South Kurzeme and the Kuld&#299;ga region.<\/p><p>On 17 April, from 14:00 to 18:00, participants will take part in the workshop &ldquo;The Power of Community: Co-creation in Practice&rdquo;, led by documentary theatre and film director and interdisciplinary artist Krista Bur&#257;ne. The session will explore the concept of community and co-creation methods, examine examples from Latvia and across Europe, and guide participants in developing a community map and a prototype for a collaborative initiative.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/pages\/responsepage.aspx?id=RT1UKnKpdESdU9zxqX4WI_GvIzpxnXBBov0lP-36S_JUQVAyNlFWOEYwMTdHMUlGU1kwOVZLNVJQRi4u&amp;route=shorturl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Registration<\/a><\/p><p>All classes are designed as in-person sessions combining lectures, practical work and networking opportunities. They will take place at RTU Liep&#257;ja Academy, Room 317, Liel&#257; iela 14, Liep&#257;ja. The programme is aimed at cultural professionals, representatives of the public and private sectors, educators and young specialists. Participation costs 60 EUR per individual class or 270 EUR for the full series of five classes. No prior knowledge is required, and upon completion participants will receive a certificate issued by R&#299;ga Technical University. The course cycle is a flexible and evolving programme that can be further developed and expanded in the coming years in response to the needs of the cultural sector.<\/p><p>The project is implemented with the support of the EU Creative Europe program CreArt 3.0 #STRINGING_TOGETHER.
